Which toy is right for my dog?
Start with how your dog likes to play. Sniffers love our snuffle flowers, tuggers and fetchers love our Tug & Toss toys, and carriers love our Carry & Cuddle friends. Each product page lists the size, weight and the dog size it's best for. You can also try the Toy Finder on our home page.
Are your toys good for heavy chewers?
No. Our rope toys are made for gentle to moderate chewers. If your dog destroys toys quickly, use our snuffle flowers only for supervised sniffing games and put them away after play.
How do I use a snuffle toy?
Tuck a few small treats or kibble between the petals and let your dog sniff them out. Start with treats in easy spots near the top, then hide them deeper as your dog gets the hang of it. Always supervise play.
Are the toys safe?
Always supervise your dog with any toy. Check toys regularly and remove them if they become frayed, damaged or small enough to swallow. If you think your dog has swallowed part of a toy, contact your veterinarian.
How do I clean the toys?
Our Cherry Blossom Snuffle Flower is machine washable. For other toys, follow the care notes on the product page. Let toys dry completely before giving them back to your dog.
Why does my toy look slightly different from the photo?
Colors, sizes and knot patterns can vary a little from piece to piece.
How much is shipping, and how fast is it?
Shipping is $5.95 on orders under $50 and free on orders of $50 or more. Orders ship from the US within 1–3 business days, and you'll get a tracking number by email. See our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.
Can I return a toy?
Unused, unwashed toys in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept toys your dog has used. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo. See our Refund Policy.
What's in a bundle?
Each bundle lists its toys on the product page. A bundle costs less than buying the same toys separately, and every bundle qualifies for free shipping.
