1. Overview

This website is operated by an independent online store ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Products

Our toys are handmade, so color, size and knot pattern may vary slightly from the photos. Sizes and weights are approximate. We try to describe every product accurately, but if an item is not as described, your remedy is to return it as set out in our Refund Policy.

4. Pet safety

Our rope toys are made for gentle to moderate chewers and are not chew-proof. Always supervise your dog during play, check toys regularly, and remove a toy if it becomes damaged, frayed or small enough to swallow. Do not let your dog swallow rope fibers. If you think your dog has swallowed part of a toy, contact your veterinarian right away.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price or product was listed in error or an item is out of stock. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

6. Bundles and promotions

Bundle prices are compared with the total of the items' regular prices when bought separately. Discount codes are subject to the terms shown with the offer, can't be combined unless stated, and can't be exchanged for cash.

7. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account.

8. Reviews and comments

If you post a review or comment, it must be honest, based on your own experience, and must not be unlawful, abusive or misleading. We don't pay for reviews or remove reviews because they are negative. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

9. Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, graphics and photos, belongs to us or our partners and may not be copied without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, where our business is based. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your US state of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after the "Last updated" date.
